Kid’s Aikido Classes
Kids Aikido is a great way to teach children a neutralizing, balanced and non-violent way to react to a threatening situation. Our trained and highly experienced staff of Aikido professionals are able to teach your children in a straight-forward and simple manner the skill sets involved in Aikido. Friendly and attentive, our staff has years of experience teaching kids Aikido to all ages and skill levels.
The skills that your child develops through the powerful methods of Aikido can be applied to daily life as well. Oftentimes, children will apply what they learn in class to their normal routine, displaying a more peaceful demeanor and behavior. These traits help them to become leaders and instill in them a sense of calm and control, while the classes provide a positive and exciting atmosphere!

Classes We Offer
Aikido at Ardsley
Self-defense, coordination, physical fitness, and confidence are all reasons to study Aikido. During these lessons, students will learn to use the opponent’s force by neutralizing the aggressor’s actions.

Children’s Classes (ages 7-12 years):
Tuesday 6:30PM to 7:20PM

Adult Classes (13 years +):

Little Ninjas
The Little Ninjas curriculum consists of developing eight major skills that are necessary for participation in any sport or activity. They are focus, team work, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness and coordination. In the little ninja class learning is fun. Uniforms may be purchased from the instructor. For children ages 4 to 6.

Black Belt Club
